Ellen is our Property Analyst at PanVest Property, having previously worked with other global real estate services firms including Savills and Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) from the University of Western Sydney having achieved distinctions in subjects including Commercial Valuation, Rural Valuation, Specialised Valuation, Property Finance, Property Portfolio Management and Property Investment. Ellen is also a member of the Australian Property Institute.
Ellen lives what she preaches and has recently taken up a Rent-vesting strategy and purchased her first investment property.
Ellen’s motto is she would not ask a client to buy a property that she would not buy herself.
