Note: Providing your information is voluntary; however, if you choose not to provide certain details, we may be unable to provide you with our full range of services.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only disclose your data to the following parties when necessary to facilitate your transaction:

Professional Advisors: Your nominated accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors, or conveyancers.
Transaction Partners: Developers, builders, or other real estate agents involved in your purchase.
Service Providers: Property managers or quantity surveyors.
Regulatory Bodies: Government authorities where required by law (e.g., NSW Fair Trading).

Your data is stored securely within Zoho CRM, which utilises AES-256 encryption. We take all reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

5. Data Retention (“The Right to be Forgotten”)

In line with recent privacy reforms, we do not hold data longer than necessary:
Inquirers: If you do not proceed to a sale or service agreement, your data is deleted after 12 months.
Clients:
If you complete a transaction, we retain your data for 7 years to comply with Australian tax and civil liability laws.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have significant rights regarding your data:
Access & Correction: You can request a copy of your data or ask us to fix inaccuracies at any time.
Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or emailing info@PanVest.com.au. We process these requests within 28 days.
Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information (subject to our legal record-keeping obligations).

7. Cookies and Website Tracking
